Workout Partner—-Finally
Finally after 1 year of going it alone I have a workout partner. Because of work issues, my wife and I have a hard time going together. My neighbor who is 3 years my junior wants to work out. We made a pact to go 6 days a week at 7PM to workout. This will be good in the sense that we can hold eachother accountable. We have two different goals though. As I am 6′4" 290 I want to loose. He is only 160 and wants to gain. So we’re gonna help eachother reach our goal.

Having a workout partner has made the difference. I am having much better workouts now that I have a spotter.

It is great now because I have no reason or way to skip a workout. This week has been great in the gym

Not only have I had a steady workout partner for 2 weeks but since I kept gaining weight I changed up my workouts. I went to lighter weights and more reps and I’m feeling the burn and loosing the inches. Good move on my part and great advice from people on this site. Thanks

I’ve never been one for a workout partner so much, but I know they can be a boost. That’s great that it’s working so well for you. How is your training partner doing?

Neither was I but this has been helping in many ways. His workouts are more consistant as well.

Things are working out. I’m loosing some weight but the main thing is the inches. I added cardio to my post-workouts and it is helping alot.
