Finally after 1 year of going it alone I have a workout partner. Because of work issues, my wife and I have a hard time going together. My neighbor who is 3 years my junior wants to work out. We made a pact to go 6 days a week at 7PM to workout. This will be good in the sense that we can hold eachother accountable. We have two different goals though. As I am 6′4" 290 I want to loose. He is only 160 and wants to gain. So we’re gonna help eachother reach our goal.

I just want to extend a heartfelt Mother’s Day to all of the lovely ladies on this site. You’re all truly wonderful. Hugs

Today I did drop sets for chest/Tri’s. What a burn. It has been a long time since I’ve done them.

It would be very easy for me to ask this in the forum but typically the response is use the search function so I am going to ask the beloved Circle.

1) Have you heard of Cellucor?

2) Have you used Cellucor and what do you think of the product?

3) Did you use P6 Black, D4, M5, or whichever.
