Tae Kwon Do no more
I had to drop Tae Kwon Do for 2 reasons. One is my knee is not holding up and I will probably need surgery again and the other is that I have just switched over to 16 hours shifts. The good thing is I am in charge and can give everyone 2 hours a day that we will use at the gym. The other good news is I am down 25 pounds.
