9 minute triceps
I forgot what magazine I read this in but it is a killer. After a very heavy chest workout pick 1 and only 1 tricep exercise. I used pushdowns for this. Pick a weight that you can do 12-15 reps and do a set. Rest 20 seconds and repeat again resting 20 seconds and repeat. Continue doing this for 9 minutes. What a pump it is and a great way to gain size.

Triceps are my nemisis. (izzat spelt right?)
I mean I love training them, but I’ve got high triceps and they’re not quick to grow. My biceps is long, but the triceps is the meat of the arm, dammit.

Try hitting them from different angles. Also try 21’s and they will grow.
