Tracking mechanism
Out of pure laziness and doubt, I never tracked what I ate. So last week I started tracking my daily exercises and food. I opened an account on fittracker and to tell you the truth it has helped tremendously. I am only eating between 1200 and 1500K a day and am full. I am doing the 6 small meals a day and eating the right stuff. So if you don’t track and you have a history of sabatoge then try it. Good Luck

Just visiting pixi’s site and saw you needed a lift… but then read this blog and thought…man, he is doing it on his own!! Way to go….way to really take and issue and work on controlling it….that, my friend, is better than any external motivator….that is you….all you!!!!

I definitely agree that tracking your calories help… it’s insane how those stinkin’ calories add up! Good luck with the tracking - sounds like it’s working out for you!

Maintaining 1500 or below will kick some fat off of you. I dropped about 5 inches off my waist from August to November of last year doing that, spaced out during the day, cardio 5x and weights 3x a week.
I’ll have to check out fittracker. Thanks!

Curt,
Thanks for the motivation. I have to tighten up some more but I am doing a helluva lot better.
