My goals for the next 12 weeks.

For the next 12 weeks I will:

Lose 20 pounds of fat
Gain 5 pounds of muscle
Weight 265 pounds

Have Measurements of:
Chest 54 inches
Arms 19 inches
Thighs 28 inches
Calves 19 inches
Waist 40 inches

Action Plan
<dir><dir>I will eat 6 balanced meals a day (1 every three hours)

I will wake up to exercise and do cardio first thing in the morning three times a week.

I will do 5 weight training sessions a week.

I will get 8 hours of sleep (7 minimum) every day.

I will drink 1 gallon of water a day.

I will only have 1 cheat meal a week.

    You’re on the right track! Writing down your goals, going back to them every so often, and visualizing your goals will push you to train hard during each workout session. You can do this!

    Awesome plan and goal setting! I love how the goals all start with "I will" not "I’d like to" or "I’m going to try" You are doing this! Hmm…maybe I’ll go back and rework MY goals a bit-thank you!

    The demands at work have had me so worn out that I havn’t worked out in 4 days. I feel like if I push the envelope I will do more harm than good. After a good nights sleep I plan on having a very good session with the weights tomorrow.
