Since 2008 is right around the corner I reflect on my success and minimal failures of my fitness goals. I had more of the former than later. This year’s resolution is simple; to do better than I did this year and progress.

Great workout today. I am shortening my rest periods in between sets to 30 seconds. I feel like I’ve accomplished much more this way.
