Pneumonia

I feel like I want to die right now. It has been 6 days. My entire body hurts and I cannot breath. This is screwing up my workouts and past progress. I hope it goes away soon.

I think I took the correct step in reevaluting my progress over the year especially since I was just sick.

    1) Diet is eveything. I continued to eat like crap and made minimal progress.
    2) I think I will benefit from more of a circuit workout then a heavy poundage low rep workout.
    3) I will do at least 4 days of cardio of some sort or another.
    4) I will pray I stick with these ideas.

Today was probably the best workout I’ve had in a while especially after being sick. I was able to get 30 minutes of cardio and do a heavy weight workout. Power Cleans and bent over rows were the mainstay with several other exercises. Feeling the pump.
