For the next 12 weeks I am going to go on a very low carb high protein eating plan. The only source of carbs will be from vegetables. Hopefully I can shed the tire. Any input to be successful would be greatly appreciated.

Carbs are ok as long as they are complex carbs. Afterall they are fuel for the body as well. Just stick to 100%whole wheat and you’ll be ok. But only have them in moderation along with protein and veggies
i don’t know about you… but i have to be able to make sandwhiches (i just don’t have the time to cook chicken breast all day long). i have found the ezikel bread (found in the frozen section) is great subsitute for white/wheat bread. it’s got no flour and is made with grains instead. a little dry, but definitely worth it as i am 1/2 to my (first) goal.
