Gym membership

Being in the military I have the opportunity to go to the gm any time I want up until 2400 hours. Anyway, I enjoy working out with my wife and with her work schedule it was impossible. So even though I have gym access on base we decided to sign up at the local 24 hour fitness. I think it was a great choice to make because when we workout together I tend to eat right as well because when we are done we eat dinner together. It is well worth the extra money.

Bad week

This was a bad week and a big setback. Was sick for 5 days and almost recovered completely. Was so worn out just cutting the grass today. Hopefully Monday I will be back to full speed.

Methyl Stack

I started a pretty good stack 3 days ago which contains Methyl Ripped Rapid fat loss, a night time fat burner, and Methyl dry. No side effects thusfar and I feel pretty good. Combined with cardio, weights, and diet it seems to be a good program.

For the next 12 weeks I am going to go on a very low carb high protein eating plan. The only source of carbs will be from vegetables. Hopefully I can shed the tire. Any input to be successful would be greatly appreciated.
