Trainer
I have not been happy with my gains at all. I was lifing very heavy weights but kept gaining muscle weight and putting on the pounds. I got back up to 285 and I feel at almost 41 years of age that isn’t the direction I want to go. One of my troops is a personal trainer and is training me and another person daily. I am a pretty fast runner but that doesn’t eleviate my lack of stamina. Well he kicked my ass today in the gym. We started out with 1.5 miles of intervals and went into circuit training and ended with abs. I thought I was gonna die. LOL But now I feel great.
