I see only one thing happening here. I am gaining muscle which = gaining weight. When I first started to workout I went from 285 down to 249. Now I am back up to 280 but with 6% less BF. However, at 40 I really don’t feel like being 280. I want to cut but I am a novice at all of this. Pointers please.
For the past 2 weeks I stopped taking Hydroxycut Hardcore and am feeling better and loosing weight. I still take Aplodan, Creatine, and NaNo Vapor<if spelled right>. I am seeing good gains in stregnth being able to do 100LBS with dumbells in each hand with presses and am still loosing inches. Not a bad combination of supps for me.
