Blog Entry
I have never done a blog so it will take some time to get it right. I started on New Years Day at 285 pounds and disgusted with what I seen looking back at me in the mirror. My waist was 48" and I wanted a change. Today I am down to 45 inches and workout 6 days a week. I use a mixture of cardio interval workouts with 4 days of weight training. Current weight is 259.

I totally understand "one meal at a time" …
Just think, you will never know your own personal potential unless you give it a hundred percent of your effort and discipline. every bite counts… it can get you closer to the body u want or take you further…
