I’ve been out and about and not on this site much lately because I’m battling several injuries. They are more or less healed except I will probably scope my knee in the next month. I’ve also been depressed because I’ve been a total failure in the eating department. No matter what I do, I return to the bad habits. Now that is what I define being a failure.

Finally after 1 year of going it alone I have a workout partner. Because of work issues, my wife and I have a hard time going together. My neighbor who is 3 years my junior wants to work out. We made a pact to go 6 days a week at 7PM to workout. This will be good in the sense that we can hold eachother accountable. We have two different goals though. As I am 6′4" 290 I want to loose. He is only 160 and wants to gain. So we’re gonna help eachother reach our goal.

It would be very easy for me to ask this in the forum but typically the response is use the search function so I am going to ask the beloved Circle.
1) Have you heard of Cellucor?
2) Have you used Cellucor and what do you think of the product?
3) Did you use P6 Black, D4, M5, or whichever.

So this weekend we had a reunion. I haven’t seen my Marine brothers in over 20 years and 7 of us were able to get together. I haven’t felt that good in a long while. There is such a connection between Marines and I needed this. I have been down and out and haven’t worked out in 2 weeks. This has given me the motivation to get my FAT a@@ back in the gym.

As of today I am down 26 pounds. What a difference it makes me feel. At 300 I was sluggish but still able to run and run fast. But now I can last longer and feel much better.

I had to drop Tae Kwon Do for 2 reasons. One is my knee is not holding up and I will probably need surgery again and the other is that I have just switched over to 16 hours shifts. The good thing is I am in charge and can give everyone 2 hours a day that we will use at the gym. The other good news is I am down 25 pounds.
