That’s what I’ve been over the past year. A failure! Gained so much weight that I got up to 302. I’m now down to 269 and making progress. Last year was a failure. My health got bad and was put on medicine for high blood pressure and dysrhythmia medication. Never took a med in my life and suddenly I found myself on 7 meds. I’m now down to 1 but thats 1 too many.

Its been 2 weeks now that I’m back with a vengeance and I’m feeling better than ever. My blood pressure has stabled and my body is pumped. The doctor called and said I had significantly low testosterone level and put me on the cream. I’ve lost weight and this stuff supposedly helps you build lean muscle mass. We will wait and see.

After a long bout of laziness in the realm of 6 months I’m back. No excuses just plain old laziness which had several bad side effects. Poor health is #1 on that list not to mention bad sleep patterns. For the first time in my life i have to take medicine for anything and it’s for severe high blood pressure. I don’t want to stay on this stuff so I am making big changes in my eating habbits, weight, and most of all back in the gym. I could use all the support as possible as it will be a long rough road ahead. Thank you

After a long hiatus from working out I put my priorities back together and am feeling great. Working out has never been the problem so I tweeked my diet and lost 31 pounds. The main thing is I lost 6 inches off of my stomach. I will add the latest picture so feel free to give me some feedback.

My knee surgery. I was able to do a 5 min warm-up then sprint 1 minute with a 2 minutel slow jog for 5 reps. This is a good start for me since both of my knees have been worked on.

I finally made it back into the gym after 6 weeks. I probably could have gone sooner than this but I wanted to make sure my knee was somewhat better. I did chest/tri’s and I feel weak and out of shape. I’m hoping to get back to where I was within a few weeks.

I have been contemplating building a home gym. Though it may be costly, with my busy schedule I thin having a home gym would be more beneficial. I would like to hear others input on this matter. Thank you
