After a long hiatus from working out I put my priorities back together and am feeling great. Working out has never been the problem so I tweeked my diet and lost 31 pounds. The main thing is I lost 6 inches off of my stomach. I will add the latest picture so feel free to give me some feedback.

My knee surgery. I was able to do a 5 min warm-up then sprint 1 minute with a 2 minutel slow jog for 5 reps. This is a good start for me since both of my knees have been worked on.

I finally made it back into the gym after 6 weeks. I probably could have gone sooner than this but I wanted to make sure my knee was somewhat better. I did chest/tri’s and I feel weak and out of shape. I’m hoping to get back to where I was within a few weeks.

My wife is interested in this program and I think it may be something we would enjoy doing together. If you’ve experienced this program could you tell me if there are any items I need to buy to go along with the program.

I have been contemplating building a home gym. Though it may be costly, with my busy schedule I thin having a home gym would be more beneficial. I would like to hear others input on this matter. Thank you

I was misplaced from the gym due to my knee surgery so I gained some weight. I’m down 26 pounds now and I have a goal to loose at least 40 more….

today we have an uninvited guest in Hurricane Gustav. He did one thing right and that is slow me down and give me time to relax and think. Even though the winds are whipping outside and the rain is coming down in sheets all is well. However, since I last logged on I had my knee surgery. So far so good and I hope to be walking slowly on the treadmill this week. I hope to get out of this eating funk as I just never stop stuffing my face. Iam paying for it dearly right now with very bad GERD and cholecystitis. Maybe one day I’ll wake up,
