			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Today was a much better workout i had to tell my trainer to ease up on the jumping around stuff because my feet were killing me. he gave me a diet plan that will hopefully give me some great results. its not drastic but i do have a lot to lose before my next show which is in May and that gives me about 30 weeks to become a lean mean fighting machine.  Week 1 Day 1

Now here&#8217;s the rub I don&#8217;t want my legs to be the focus point of  my muscularity not to mention the fact its hard to find a pair of jeans that fit. So now i must try harder to reduce the size but still maintain the strength&#8230; Any suggestions?
