To Mass or not TO Mass
Thing is I have crazy strength in my legs I workout on them twice a week one day heavy and the other is HIT and I love it so much. Now here’s the rub I don’t want my legs to be the focus point of my muscularity not to mention the fact its hard to find a pair of jeans that fit. So now i must try harder to reduce the size but still maintain the strength… Any suggestions?

You may want to check out the video series "Getting Cut with Glass" on this site; it might give you some ideas on which way to take your leg training. I, personally, think he’s a great trainer and would use him if I could afford him and lived in LA. Maybe twice a week working your legs may be too much, especially since you’re doing heavy & HIIT in the same week? Maybe try one day using supersets or drop sets instead of HIT. I hope I was of help.
