To Mass or not TO Mass
Wednesday, July 22nd, 2009Thing is I have crazy strength in my legs I workout on them twice a week one day heavy and the other is HIT and I love it so much. Now here’s the rub I don’t want my legs to be the focus point of my muscularity not to mention the fact its hard to find a pair of jeans that fit. So now i must try harder to reduce the size but still maintain the strength… Any suggestions?
