Legs all day
Today is legs and I mean legs in the morning afternoon and evening. I’m trying to get them to cut up …you know tear drop and all so do I need to stick with the have squats and lunges or focus more on the extensions and curls please help me out!!!!

I would do the extensions and curls to failure one time and then widow makers on the squats…

I would suggest both: High rep and heavy. The legs are the workhorses of the body (walking, moving, etc.) and therefore need to be brutally worked in order for them to grow and shape.
