O.k. I breaking down and being completely transparent with all of you I know I need cardio just tell me what i need to do and I’ll do it!

The amount of cardio you do depends on what your goals are. I do between 5 and 7 hours of cardio a week to burn fat.

My Personal trainer insists on a MINIMUM of 30 mins of cardio a day, everyday and encourages me to do 45 mins whenever I have the time or do an hour on the days I am not lifting.

I do 30 to 40 minutes every other day…but really depends on your goal.

During contest time I’ll do between 1 to 2 hours a day broken up into two sessions.
