What a great workout today I really pushed it to the max. I hate to say that it was the help of my supps but it really was. I am so pumped I can lift the weight with pure motivation…..thank you muscletech thank you lol
I squat I squat some more and now the butt lift machine is fixed at the Gym YAY I got on it for the first time and I actually broke out in a sweat my first set (trying to mess up my weave)I want to do it now, tomorrow and the next day. Kill it Kill it kill it
My black behine was in the gym working the flab I already have off. Squats Jump Squats and Squats some more, leg extentions, leg curls, lunges, inner outer thighs, Dead lifts. All of it taking it all in killing it everyday
