Sweet Chest Workout

What a great chest workout I did so many Flys I thought I would hit the roof. I started doing cross over cable flys a month ago and that doubled my strength with my flat bench and incline flys. Do I love it? Yes I do. I also went up on my incline bench press without a spotter. go Margie go go go

A New Day A New Workout Program

Today I’m super siked because I not only have a new workout Program but I have someone training me for this upcoming Competition YAY. I really want to put my best foot forward and give it 110% I know it will be tough but at this point I’ll chew on rock salt if it will get me to my Goal. What is my goal you ask? Back to the Drawing Board

Yesterday’s Compeition was a great experience. I learned alot about my body and what  poses make my assets standout. I went to bad last night with every intention on working out and getting read for the next Competition in Oct. BUT my body was sore boy my body was aching….and yes folks for the first time in 3 months I took a day off …It kills me to say that but I did work my Butt off yesterday.

After my amazing workout this morning I was giving my self a "rub down" and felt something peculiar on the side of my back under my arms……..Muscle not bone or fat but musle and hard too. I started flexing in the mirror Grrrrrrrrrrr "you wanna come to the lat show?"

Wk 4 D 1 DEEP DEEP DEEP SQUATS

Of course Today is Leg day I say "IS" because I have to go back and do it again. Thanks to Mr. JSN_Rob I incorporated a new move which involves doing some serious deep squats talk about scrubbing the ground. Weekk 3 day 5 for I’m still alive

my arms Back day what a great day to take a pic huh? But I did.nt so I had to do it the next day while I did my biceps. I got the idea from my Home Girl Sparkie (you go girl) I went so heavy on my bi’s i think my voice went up an octave….. I could barely lift up my arms after words. "Involuntary arm spasm enjoy the show enjoy the show.

Weekk 3 day 4

Had a Awesome 2 part workout today the morning. Today was a back day and boy did I push it!! In the morning I did Lat pulldowns,bentover rows, more rows, and wide grip rows. This afternoon was pullups and chin ups pyramid style and Yes your girl can do some pullups!!!
