I pulled something

After this mornings tough workout I went back again and yep I pulled  muscel in my back. A wod to the wise get  spot if you go heavy lol. I was doing bi and tris and I might have kipped a little bit on the let rep……oops to the doctors office

To Kill it in the Gym

Well folks today was a day like know other. I’m normally fueled by the positive motivation to look great nd do my best. But today I was feeding off the anger of negativity. As you may not know I am a newby when it comes to the bodybuilding circuit. My experience is limited by my drive to live my dream is unmatched.  After doing my first Competition I decided not to "take a day off " but to push harder get stronger and be leaner. I have been kicking my butt in the gym nonstop…so its easy to say that I am better than I was before. Hoever someone that is in my circle of trust said some off the wall bogus stuff he said that I shouldn’t do it that I wsn’t ready and that ishould wait until next year……..WHAT after the first time I just brushed it off and ecused as whatever but the second time I said some unchristian like things to him….i don’t expect to be perfect but i am getting better I’m not the type to have unrealistic goal for myself but I do know practice is perfect preparation.

Please someone help!!!! I don’t know if I have a sprain or torn muscle in my inner thigh…….it hurts to sit but not to walk or run. What is it and is there a supplement that prevents them?

Week 2 Day 2

Hi everyone today was chest and I went heavy today I was so motivated ….Where did this awesome motivation come from youask!?! I had gotten a smile that had made my day.. and I want to say thank you to that special person…. you know who you are. Now back to my chest exercise Incline bench , Bench flys incline and flat, Incline dumbell presses, and push ups to failure. I’ll go back and finish later on today still high off the smile from someone terrific.

Week 2 Day 2

Week 2 Day 1

I totally ignored the alarm this morning got to the gym an hour early and went to the squat machine with every intentions to Kill it and crush it between my thighs. So first set warm up right……..wrong I felt a pain in my inner leg holy smoke did I pull something needless to say I tried to suck it up but there was no way around it was strained. This is a lesson learned no matter how limber I think I am I should stretch now I have to put my problem spot on hold until its better

Day Six All over

What a saturday.  My Saturday started as a blur somehow I manages to get up and workout. It was tougher than a normal one. Saturdays for me is fullbody to exercises per bodypart 60 sec drills. Man let me tell you a minute takes a long time…….lol

My Back Oh My Back

La la la today was my favorite day…….Back day I love love love doin my back love love it. I went heavy today so hopefully I will feel it tomorrow. Why do I love the back so much you ask?! The reason is simple the back is SEXY. yes great abs is cool and strong legs will give you great stamina. But the back is what the man see when he is…………I’ll let you use your imagination.

Day 4 1/2

My second workout was really awesome I did everything I had to to say that I had a complete workout I so dearly hope that I wake up in agonizing pain tomorrow I want to hurt to the point where i rather cut my arms off rather than lift another weight lol
