Today was a much better workout i had to tell my trainer to ease up on the jumping around stuff because my feet were killing me. he gave me a diet plan that will hopefully give me some great results. its not drastic but i do have a lot to lose before my next show which is in May and that gives me about 30 weeks to become a lean mean fighting machine. Week 1 Day 1

Thing is I have crazy strength in my legs I workout on them twice a week one day heavy and the other is HIT and I love it so much. Now here’s the rub I don’t want my legs to be the focus point of my muscularity not to mention the fact its hard to find a pair of jeans that fit. So now i must try harder to reduce the size but still maintain the strength… Any suggestions?

Its one more week until the competition and I’m pretty excited because i have learned so much from the posing ceremony with the Marvelous Melvin Anthony. He was so great and it gave me the moto that I needed to continue with the dieting and training for after the competition. Thank You thank You Thank YOU!

Even though I am cutting down (carbs!!!!) I still seem to be getting stronger. I’m a pretty heavy girl but I am able to do unassisted pullups easy YAY

I have to push myself extra hard to get my cardio in. The weight room is calling me telling me that I have done enough and any thing more I will burm my muscle away. Yaxeni said if you eat enough protein you wont lose the muscle. So with that being said I promise to do my 2 hours of cardio a day …..

Today is legs and I mean legs in the morning afternoon and evening. I’m trying to get them to cut up …you know tear drop and all so do I need to stick with the have squats and lunges or focus more on the extensions and curls please help me out!!!!

Good Morning or Good Night from where ever you are. I have doing great with my diet I feel Confident that I will be ready for the August 31 show but still a little soft for the June one. i would like to thank all of my BB buddies out there who have been sticking with it. It gives me such great motivation I can barely contain myself.

Hello People!!!!
Today I found out that Melvin Anthony is going to be our guest poser for the Kadena bodybuilding Comp June 8th YAY!! and for that most awesome reason I have been pushing it Harder and Harder. I have upd my cardio to 2 hours a day hoping it will make this wide load go away….All in do time I know I know but who want the wiggle in front of Melvin Anthony lol
