good day

so today i wasnt sure if id get to do much since ive got some family friends coming in from outta town.  wasnt too happy about this because i had a work dinner last night and def didnt stick to my diet too well, didnt have desert tho! and ordered water!, but today was actually great!! i went running this morning while my folks picked up our friends, then went to the gym and lifted while they all went out and even did some more cardio, lucky our car can only fit 5 so i "had" to stay behind….cant say im unhappy about this :) .  Oh and i had my bf checked while at the gym and apparently my bf that i had said was at 12% wasnt quite that high because its only been a few days and the number i got today was 8.3 and 8.1….ima say its at 9 to be on the safe side.  good day

goal

so my goal is to get down to 8% bf, im pretty good at cutting when it comes time so im giving myself 40 days to get from 12 to 8.  Hopefully ill get it even faster but thats my goal for now.  Just gotta make sure i keep this cardio goin.
