Okay…so my weight is settling down again.  Alcohol and unlimited food equals serious water retention.  I knew I was bloated because my wedding ring didn’t fit, and before I left for the weekend it was almost falling off.  Okay..a minor set back…already lost 3 lbs. of water, so I should be on track to lose 3 lbs. this week.  Fingers crossed!!!

Man…this was a bad weekend.  I drank and ate like a bodybuilder the day after losing the O.  I must have gained 6lbs. over the past three days, but I will push on.  A minor setback.  I will weigh officially on my Monday Weighday tomorrow.  We shall see.  For those of you who have been in this boat before…stay wit it!  I will and I know I will be successful in reaching my goal.  Coach OUT!
