FEEL WHAT YOU DO!
Tuesday, January 30th, 2007Today I was having GREAT workout of back and biceps,forearms while a jerk disturbed me when I was performing alternate bi’ dumbell curls,I love high speed reps. He told me to do it slowly so I can feel more pressure,BUT I think you must do workout the you like it,not the way they say,we must enjoy the way we perform.High speed reps get me charged -up and help me finish my workout more energetically.AM I RIGHT? if not correct me
