I am writing this blog while enjoying chocolates and snacks ,
probably - the last cheat food in my three months cycle. I’ll not
be doing heavy lifting for a month and a half , coz I’ll be
preparing for my exams and can’t eat 6 times a day………During
this time I’ll only do cardio .Lets hope for best ! I sincerely
thank bodybuilding.com for increasing my knowledge ,my
bodyspace friends for their appreciation and all the members of
bodyspace for their support.
if you have any suggestions, I am ready to receive.

Today I was having GREAT workout of back and biceps,forearms while a jerk disturbed me when I was performing alternate bi’ dumbell curls,I love high speed reps. He told me to do it slowly so I can feel more pressure,BUT I think you must do workout the you like it,not the way they say,we must enjoy the way we perform.High speed reps get me charged -up and help me finish my workout more energetically.AM I RIGHT? if not correct me

During a heavy workout , i find a feeling in me not to finish it but to leave it..However i carry on and on ,i start to feel faintness and my mind starts thinking slowly and it takes me more than 2 hours to return to normal state.At some days i find it difficult to carry intensity as a pukish feeling exist during squats…….Is this kind of behaviour normal…
My other question is that which kind of body will suit me ,my mind keeps on changing from time to time ,ex-today i feel to be like triple-H,tommorow John Cena,next day Shawn {hbk}
