Today was feeling like a good day in the gym for chest. As I grabbed my 70lb. dumbbells for a warmup they felt a little awkward. Well here is what my sets and reps went like…. please comment back and let me know what you think.
Dumbbell Press (4 sets) - 70lbx10, 90×10, 100×10 and 110×10
Dumbbell Incline Press ( 4 sets) - 75lbx10, 85×10, 95×10, 100×9
Dumbbell Chest Fly ( 4 sets) - 30lbx10, 35×10, 40×10, 45×10
Barbbell Decline Press ( 4 sets) - 225lbx10, 245×10, 265×7, 225×10
Machine Chest Fly ( 4 sets) - 135lbx10, 145×10, 150×10, 150×8
Inbetween each set I did a mix of about 400 situps: hanging leg lifts for at least 15 reps, incline situps for a minimum of 25 reps, and lying down leg lifts for a minimum of 25 reps
That concluded my workout for the day and I say it was my best workout ever because of the weight numbers I put up. I did more weight on every exercise than I ever have.
