well the goals i had set were not coming along as I had hoped.So I had to change them up a bit.Thats no problem though.After taking a few pics I noticed i need to cut my bodyfat,so I have stepped up the cardio a little.Still hitting the weights hard,starting to see increases in my poundage in my lifts. well enough for today.

Well i am finally healed from having knee surgery on M arch the 10th. Now its time to start working out once again. My girl will be joining me in my workouts so i can help her get in the best shape she can. well enough for today.

Well unfortunately i have had to take a break from working out. I recently had to have surgery on my right knee.they had to take out what they call the plica which is attached to the knee cap.I am currently doing physical therapy 2 t 3 times a weel for the next couple of weeks. The doctor says it will take 6 to 8 weeks to heel.

well it is now November. I havent trained since May, due to a bunch of personal reasons. I have a new love in my life and im now working as a correctional officer for the state of NC. She is a correctional officer as well. We have decided to start working out together so we can motivate each other. We are looking forward to it a whole lot. We both plan on going in to law enforcement in the near future. Hopefully with her by my side and me by hers we can get into the best shape of our lifes. wish us luck.
