					<description>hi can any one tell me how many carbs to eat per meal ? i am 168 pounds and train 3 or 4 times per week, nothing to heavy as im not a body builder but i still want a flat stomach and to build some muscle . i have bench pressed my own body weight for 5 reps so nothing out the ordinary. im worried that if i cut too many carbs i will get too thin, thanks</description>
