Torn Patella Tendon

December 1, 2009

Well tore my right knee tendon..playing basketball…Had surgery 2 weeks ago get stiches out tomorrow..then 4 weeks left in knee brace before rehab starts..6 weeks of rehab.  Started making some decent changes..but will retire from basketball and just focus on bodybuilding.

Mitotropin Review

October 26, 2009

Finished 30 day Mitotropin Cycle and had great results.  Lost a total of 12 lbs.  Used the low carb diet for 3 days on and 1 day off and 20 minutes of cardio after lifting.

2 weeks into Havoc Bulking Phase

July 20, 2009

I have been taking Havoc now for 2 weeks starting 3rd week today.  I also have been consumming 3300 calories for 3 weeks starting 4th week today..weight has increased from 207 to 222 in 3 weeks pretty excited.  Arms Legs and chest are growing faster than mid section which is good but have noticed a little gain in mid section will try to post some updated pics later this week.

Body stats measured!

I had my bodystats measured today.  Bodyfat 23%, and arms, legs, and chest.  I am starting to see some gains which is pretty cool.  I need to work on my upper body and core along with some stretching.  I can’t wiat for the next three months.

Starting 45 minutes of walking

I have been working out for 3 months now.  I have seen some improvements but bodyfat % is still pretty high.  It was recommended that I should add 45 minutes of walking 4 o 5 times per week will try it for the next 3 weeks and see what happens.
