all the work, the hours, the miles on the treadmill… It all comes down to this. The stage awaits.

27 days out- still driving toward the goal. Diet is locked in, cardio is going strong. Last high carb day on Saturday then its no/low carb until last week.
Team structure Fitness is dialed in, Dave has been on top of every diet and supplement move. Tim is working on posing music and routine. My support system is strong as ever, and I cant thank them enough,

Weight loss seems to be stalled… I am trying not to over react, my nutritionist/trainer says my body isn’t recovering….. the +3 hours of cardio a day - every day is wearing me down in conjunction with no carbs.
Feeling wore down, not sleeping well. However still engaged and motivated to be at my peak on Sept 19th

Very stoked about my abs, for the 1st time in my life I can clearly see my top 4 abs and the cavity structure dropping down. All the hours on the treadmill, all the dieting is visable

it’s the chicken and the egg debate- Is the work stress driving me crazy while on my diet, or are the low carb days causing me to be so far on edge it is creating the worrk stress. Either way I walk out of the office torn between crying or punching my truck window out….

Solid day, started with 45 min on the treadmill for my morning cardio, went heavy on arms, 30 min posing practice then a 3 1/2 mile walk pushing the kids this evening. Looking at a late night session on the bike for good measure. My coach says I am a bit behind gotta amp up the intensity

One thing I was not prepared for was how much I would be depending on my support team to make it through some of the tough days. I have so much thanks for Team Structure Fitness, Dave has been my nutrition guru as well as many days my psychologist. Tim has been a great mentor, vote for him in his current cyber contest http://www.simplyshredded.com/best-male- bodies-bodyspace.html
