Staying on track.
Thursday, August 7th, 2008Things continue to go well. I’m so pleased with my results and with the growth I’ve seen in myself both physically and emotionally. My last weigh-in/measure day was July 30. My fat mass has gown down by 20 lbs and my lean mass has gone up by a 10 lbs. I just need to continue staying on track with nutrition. For now going to the gym is easy because I have my trainer to keep me accountable. I know that eventually the day will come when I will need to be able to self motivate and get my butt to the gym all on my own. I enjoy working out with my trainer and I savor the days that I can do that, because eventually I will have to do it on my own. I’m hoping that the continued confidence I have found will help me in that area. For now I keep plugging away and notice small changes every day, then look back at photos and realize the big changes that I have accomplished.
