My 2008 First Workout

Wednesday, January 2nd, 2008

Yesterday was my first workout of 2008.I was exited that this year I’m gonna take charge of my body, I was motivated and energized. And now after passing the whole day I’m still feeling motivated and I’m still exited to go and do my workout. I hope I achieve my goal this year and make new goals and achieve them too.
And I think it can be possible coz here watching other people progressing towards there goal make me realize that I can do that too, and it’ll keep me motivated.

New Routine

Tuesday, November 20th, 2007

So there I was doing my workouts consistently, following the exact routine of Stuart McRoberts what he lay out in his book "Beyond Brawns”. While I was on that routine his new book came out "Build Muscle, Lose Fat, Look Great”, I ordered that one. When I read it, he lay out another routine in it and it’s looking great, but to start that routine you have to follow his preparatory routine, which consist of few bodyweight exercises and stretching’s and cardio. Work.
The reason of this routine is to  make you flexible, when after one month you are flexible enough, then you can follow his weight routine. The summary of that long story is, now I’m following his new book’s routine and working out from preparatory routine.
It’s a great routine, especially the stretching, my legs, back, every body part are more flexible than it was, I see great improvement in my legs though.
So now I going to follow his new routine from the start to weight training and share my views how much I’m improving.
