My 2008 First Workout
Wednesday, January 2nd, 2008Yesterday was my first workout of 2008.I was exited that this year I’m gonna take charge of my body, I was motivated and energized. And now after passing the whole day I’m still feeling motivated and I’m still exited to go and do my workout. I hope I achieve my goal this year and make new goals and achieve them too.
And I think it can be possible coz here watching other people progressing towards there goal make me realize that I can do that too, and it’ll keep me motivated.
