May 4th 2008. It is extremely difficult to diet when you’re the one cooking for your family. Although I can give myself a pat on the back for not cheating.

May 3rd 2008. Of course the whole family was home, and I couldn’t help to have couple bites of salmon. Not to go over the allowed callories I skipped my fifth shake that day.

May 2nd 2008. Believe it or not, today those shakes tasted extremely well. Once you’re hungry everything tastes great

May 1st 2008. The aftertaste of those shakes is horrible. I struggled all day drinking them, and was almost on the edge of giving the whole thing up.

April 30 Morning.
As required, I mix 2 scoops of Metabolic Drive with extremely cold water. My "new" breakfast looks and smells extremely good. Unfortunatelly after having just a few sipps, couldn’t force myself to drink the rest of it. Good thing I ordered only one Can of this nastyness - I thought.

After “magically” (I’m sure all of us could come up with plenty of excuses) gaining 15 lbs over the past four months, I’m joining the rest of you, bodybuilders, on the road to the perfect body.
