I was drenched with sweat! Struggled on the ab cruncher today but pulled through. I am still sore from yesterday. So painful!

Ugh, keeping track of this **** is harder than I'd thought.

Started cramping really bad so couldn't run. Upped the incline to 12 instead and hiked up.

Underperformed on the elliptical today but nonetheless... I went at it hard.


Treadmill felt good towards the end except I developed a stitch on the side. I think I'm going through PMS again.


Tight calves and ridiculous nightmares = PMS
