Muay thai training and relearning to carve out old habits

Muay Thai training is going really well. I am enjoying the change in the fighting style. It seems to make more sense to me to fight in this way. It is offensive but focuses to make a strong defense while you are on the aggression, instead of leaving yourself open. my take, just an opinion/ observation.

I am used of attacking by force and intimidation, but what I like about this is that you have all that without opening yourself up, like I was saying.  Just a beginners take.  It feels good to train and have a new challenge too  :)
