Been a while since I posted to the Workout Tracker
Friday, June 20th, 2008Since I relocated, things have been crazy, but I have been hitting the gym alot though. I just haven’t really been able to get to a computer to sit down long enough to update. I forgot my training notebook one cay, so I know my weights have went up since then but this is the most recent stats. I just did a photo shoot last week so I am excited to see some of the progress in print. But, then also it brought out every part I am working feverishly on also, that BITES. Either way, It gives me a check up and the site looks nice. So I am happy and hoping to do another photo shoot after September maybe for a nice progress "report".
