So yesterday I ran 2.5 miles and then today I went back to TurboJam Cardio Party (45 min)
B4 Breakfast: 2 caplets of Curamin, 20 oz. Water, bounce/ jog in place to warm up
Turbo Jam! and Power X90 Abs 200 abs in 6 minutes
Snack: Mixed Nuts, 16 oz. Water
Breakfast: 2 pack of instant Oatmeal and Hemp Milk with Abualita
Snack: 1 small Apple and a handful of mixed nuts
Lunch: Veggie Cutlets breaded in Liquid Eggs and italian bread crumbs(Adobo Seasoning and Season Salt added to bread crumbs), Brown Rice with Brocolli seasoned with adobo con pimienta. 1 square of Low Fat Mozzarella Cheese and 16 oz Water
Snack: Orange Nuts and one serving of cheese (mozzarella)
Dinner: Greens Salad with chopped apples, shredded cheese and Italian dressing
