Christmas Eve.

What a day,…Chilequiles cooked in  Sunflower Oil, wit Soy Milk/ Cinammon Pankcakes with real Maple Syrup, Rice with carrots, celery and peas, Crema CentralAmericana, and 8th Continant SoyMilk made with Abuelia Cocolate and cinammon with a teaspoon of vanilla.  DAMN!  That was good.

I am leaning heavily on my Advocare Carb Ease,fiber and Redlines to fill the gap for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.  My supplements are on their way I am getting the full MNS Energy packs and Joint Motion.  I like the MNS Pack because it has your core vitamins/ minerals, Omegas, Probiotic and Thermogenic’s with Energy supplements all in one strip pack for the day, so I don’t have to buy each bottle individually.

I can’t wait for the joint supplements to get here. My knees is killing me when I work out.

Nutrition and Activity–Friday Dec 14th

Breakfast:  Egg beaters veggie omlete with cheese, water, Coffee with non dairy creamer, OJ wheat toast with butter and strawberry jam(forgot to ask her to hold the butter)

Snack: Snack Size Candy Corn popcorn Pinot Grigio and water

Dinner:  Pozole with shredded fresh cabbage and salsa roja, 3 tamales. Coke, 1 bunuelo,

Snack:  Pacific Coffee with a donut

Breakfast:  Bija Tea, 20 oz. water  1 pack of Cinnamon and spice oatmeal

Snack: 1/2 orange

Lunch: White rice with vegetable broth and peas  1/4 pita, 1/2 tea honey

Snack:  2 snack size 3 musketeers  2 glasses of Malibu and Coke
Dinner:  Grapeseed oil sauteed celery, oil packed sun-dried tomatoes, chayote and carrots, cooked with onion and garlic covered in toasted black and white sesame seeds over white rice cooked with Vegeta vegetable boullion and No Salt seasoning mix. 2 pcs. of california roll sushi taosted seaweed paper and rolled in toasted sesame seeds  1 glass of Pinot Grigio

Snack:  1 snack bag of Canfy corn micro wave popcorn, 1/2 orange, 3 glasses of Pinot Grigio, 1/2 brownie, 1 2 oz. bag of Salsa Verde chips and a 12 oz. soffee with non dairy creamer ——WTF just happened here?  stayed up late (til 2 am)

Daily Nutrition Cycling back on to weights

Breakfast:  1 apple with Organic Creamy Peanut butter, 2 tbls, 1 baked potato with Cottage cheese, salt/ pepper, Bija Tea

Snack:  One cake donut and a Carb Ease, Organic coffee with fat free chocolate milk

Lunch: One donut hole, 2 cups of rice, with pepper and salt, 1 tbsp butter.  1 cup of Squirt

Snack:  1 of Cashew baklava

Dinner: 1 c. of rice with a 1/2 oz of goat meat Kufta and Chicken Kufta 1/2 oz.  1 c. of Baba Ganoush (Eggplant Tahini type paste, good as HELL!)  2 cups of coffee with fat free chocolate milk

Snack:  1 scoop of chocolate ice cream  and a chocolate brownie
