July 24th-27th Activity and nutrition

Saturday, July 28th, 2007

Very little appetite,  a lot of running and biking.  And some swimming

Have been really exhausted lately and not keeping up with things I need to do.  Like my blog.  On the last week of Cytolean, THANK GOD.  I love the fat bur’ning, but the side effects are kickin my ass.  I hope it doesnt affect everyone like this.  I actually have heard other ppl say that they like it so much. I dont even eat what I need to eat, I have no motivation to cook anything.  It is horrible.’ I think I might even cycle off for 4 weeks, just in case.  And then If I haven'’t received the Fyre. I am going to switch to my tried and true methods.  Advocare Catalyst, Muscle Gain, and  Çarb-Ease.  I am So THANKFUL that i already havae the new Amplify AT, the Rehydrate, and the SPRAK! from Advocare.  I could not live without Spark!.  LOL

I am starting to just loathe my belly fat and I just want it GONE.  I am making good easy progress.  i just can’t stand it anymore.  Arghhhhh!  I know I just need to keep plodding along doing what i do best.  Sometimes you just get antsy and impatient and want everything NOW NOW NOW.

Juky 24th– New shoes and New progress pics!

Tuesday, July 24th, 2007

I am very pleased to have my new progress pics up today.  I have been putting in around 3 months of effort and it is all starting to surface.  The gains are steady and in small steps, but so evident once you wait a whole month for the pics.  I compared all my side views, all my front and both of my back views and you can really tell the difference.  I am very happy and I have been posting a forum on this months Cytolean experience and the side effects have been surprising.  Yet,m the results are good so i am pleased to announce that.  I am hoping to get my body fat done by the trainers at the gym this week and then I will update that.  As far as I am concerned, that is the tiebreaker.  Body Fat means everything to me.  I could care less about my weight as long as i am ripped and able to carry myself.  Right now I want to be light for training, running and boot camp, but after that I can pump it up.

Side note : I got new shoes and they are sooo nice.(running shoes)  Ph and a new heart rate watch!  :)
