Time management it has been one of my biggest issues at all times , i like to get my beauty rest and for me it most be 10+hours
, which if i don’t get , i can’t function.
My doctor says that I am deppresed , and she send my to buy 500 mg of "Lexapro"I have three days of 11 hours classes , but i also like to cook for my kids on daily basis , walk my dogs , go the tanning place, workout, clean the house etc, is never enough time for me , I never get nothing done on time .
I need to have a meal plan in order to take with me every where I go , for example let me share with you guys my yesterday schedule and what I eat the whole day:
7am up
breakfast: 1/2 oatmeal, banana, green tea
8am walk my dogs for one hour.
9am get back home workout, legs,triceps, super sets no rest 25 min
creatine
1145am
snack, green grapes and a cheese stick ,bottle of water.
class until 5 pm
snack 1 red apple , red grapes , 1 bottle of water
class until 10pm
I was hungry like a hostage by the time school was over , i went to Wendy’s ……
i don’t have to say anything else….
Today and tomorrow is the same routine
Please advise.
