I am obviously overtraining. I’ve never gotten sick like this before. I have not been taking breaks often enough. I’m going to take a break every six weeks starting in two week.s Next break: April 20th.
Today I’m starting the Bill Starr 5×5 program. It has a spreadsheet that goes for 9 weeks. At the end of the nine weeks I’ll either reset the weight or try something else.
