Hurt my rotator cuff
Monday, September 25th, 2006I was trying to do a lot of weight on the Shoulder Press machine and I hurt my right rotator cuff. I knew I shouldn’t have been messing with that machine. I never use it, but all the benches were full. I didn’t realize how badly I’d hurt it until I started doing some pulldowns and they felt really off. I’m really pissed about this because I’m not going to be able to lift heavy until my shoulder heals–at least not when it comes to upper body stuff. For the month of October I’m going to do mostly cardio and rehab.
