Logging my activities
Monday, July 31st, 2006I created a text file to log my activities and nutrition. My plan will evolve as I go, but right now I’m drinking about four cups of water when I wake up, then having some fruit, flax seed oil, green veggie powder and multivitamins before I work out. At the gym I’m doing a short warm-up which includes a few minutes on the elliptical, pulldowns, pushups, situps, and toe touches. I then go into my workout, which consists of compound exercises with freeweights. I do five sets of five reps, starting light and adding weight until I fail. Squat, Bench Press, Military Press, Bent Over Row, and Deadlifts are my main exercises. After working out I do an extensive series of static stretches, holding them for forty five seconds each.
