Well I got on the scale today and it was 112. I had a tough workout yesterday with my arms. I’m trying to zero in on arms, stomach, and legs. I am having a really hard time losing inches in my thighs… anyone have any suggestions???

Men store fat at their midsections and women more in their hips, thighs, and glutes. The best method for either sex to burn away this fat is to restrict their carb intake and turn up the cardio sessions. (Assuming you already have a healthy diet going of 50% carb, 35% protein, and 15% fat)
Personally, when I stopped eating complex carbs after 2pm and increased my cardio sessions to 45 minutes per night after weight training, I lost weight so rapidly that I stopped since my goal is to gain weight. (about 5 lbs in a week). You may need slightly more than 45 minute sessions unless you have an additional activity you do. I have very intense weight-room activities beforehand which are also burning calories. Aneorobic and aerobic is a winning combo.
Eat the same amount of protein no matter what, but the complex carbs are the variable you can adjust depending on need. (whole-grain foods, breads, pasta, potatoes, rice) Never eliminate them completely since they are what fuels your muscles with energy. Just replace them with simple carbs such as vegetables in the evening.
About the cardio, I would recommend high-intensity-interval training, or HIIT. Look up an article on it. Or a spin class with the little stationary bikes because good instructors will employ the HIIT principles and are actually more fun than working out alone. Using HIIT, you will burn WAY more calories in a shorter amount of time as well as build muscle if you choose to challenge yourself.
