Well I got on the scale today and it was 112. I had a tough workout yesterday with my arms. I’m trying to zero in on arms, stomach, and legs. I am having a really hard time losing inches in my thighs… anyone have any suggestions???

Well I just updated pics again and I definitely see some differences. My husband did my measurements tonight and I lost in most areas. I’m so excited!!!

Well, I’ve been slacking off lately with blogging, but I’m still eating right and trying to exercise as much as I can. It’s so hard because I come home so tired from teaching, and it’s typically dark when I get home. I’m really trying to stay focused, but we need the weather to start getting warm. I’m holding my weight at 114 right now, but I have set a goal for myself that I want to be down to 110 within the next 7 days. Let’s see if I accomplish it!!!!

I got on the scale today and I’m 114. WOOO! Another 3 pounds down. My goal weight it 103 so I’m only 11 pounds away from reaching it. Total weight lost so far was 7 pounds. I typically think I have a hard time losing weight, which is why I think 7 pounds is a big deal. I’ve only really been working out for 2 full weeks, since I lost about a week when I went to Florida. I still have about 12 weeks left, so I can’t wait to see the results!!! Super excited!

Well yesterday, I had a great workout. My husband kicked my butt. I focused on legs, thighs, and butt yesterday. They are the areas in my body I feel need it the most. My diet is getting even cleaner since I’m now getting used to the meals I can have. I have a night class tonight, so as soon as I get home, I’m getting my butt on the elliptical.

It was my birthday yesterday, so I had a small cheat and had a piece of ice cream cake. Other than that I’m still working out and eating right. I want to update pics asap since I planned to the other day, but haven’t had a chance. All my grades are due at the school this week so I’ve been going a little crazy. I am down to 115 though so I did drop more weight. And the most exciting news is that I tried on a pair of khaki pants I used to wear and THEY FIT!! I was so excited, so I wore them yesterday for my birthday. I plan to really work hard this week on eating right and exercising.

Well, I’m going to be updating pics again tonight. I lost more weight, not as much as before, but I feel I’ve lost inches. My pants are getting lose in my waist and butt. I feel as though my arms are looking leaner. It was a hard week since I just got back from vacation, had to get back to my work routine at the school, and I’m driving to Philly for conferences, and then a class for my master’s on Saturday (which by the way is my birthday), so this week was certainly out of the ordinary. I stayed focused though with eating right and working out.

Well I am back from Florida and did my best to keep the weight off I lost and maintain it. I came home and got on the scale and pretty much stayed the same. PHEW! I’m back to work now to reach my goal. Working hard and striving for even more!

Day 6

January 7, 2009

Definitely a lazy day…….school was canceled for the kids, which meant for the teachers too. I’m heading to Florida tomorrow, so I am really prepping all my materials to take with me to eat right and stay on track.

breakfast-3 egg whites, a few chopped up mushrooms, 1/2 whole wheat english muffin with 1 tsp of peanut butter

2 flaxseed oil pills (I take these daily and believe I forgot to put that on previous blogs.) I also took my two hydroxycuts today.

I have some running around to do to prep for my trip, but when I get home today, I will be doing cardio on the elliptical and hopefully some sort of workout video. I also weighed myself for the first time since I started and I dropped 4 pounds! YAHOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!! My current stats dropped in a few areas also. I dropped in my waist, which was one area I really wanted to drop in. My focus now is to continue there, my hips, and my thighs. Seeing results makes me strive for more. I’m going to be updating my profile pics today too to see if there is any difference from 6 days ago!

Day 5

Yesterday was my fifth day of working out and eating right.

am-2 hydroxycuts

breakfast-3 eggs whites

lunch-salad with lettuce, tomato, cucumber, and a few olive slices. I also had two egg whites and water

snack:portioned bag of almonds

dinner-6oz sirloin, asaparagus

Workout-supersets with legs!! It kicked my butt!
