1200pm-5th client/protien shake
100pm-6th cleint
200pm-7th client
3pm-tuna fish/nap
4pm- 8th client
5pm-9th client/chicken breast
6pm-evening cardio treadmill walk on incline
7pm 10th client
800pm-chicken breast/ broccoli
bed 10pm
wake up do it again
