Just thought that I would post up a picture of my vertical since quite a few people are asking about it. I’m just ready to start the indoor season, Florida tournament next week. Just wondering about pre-exercise supplements. I’ve been taking NO-Xplode for a while and have got immune to it. I don’t feel the effects anymore. I still get a short boost but thats all. I’ve heard of White Flood and wonder how that works. I’ve also just bought Optimum whey and got a sample of their new NO boost. What is really the best one to get?

Hey everyone, my girlfriend is looking to start weightlifting and she wants me to guide her into the sport. I was just wondering what kind of excersizes (and how many sets and reps) and routine she should get into to begin. She has been doing cardio for quite some time now, so that’s not an issue. I’m also thinking about buying her some protein. Is that good for her to be taking as well? Thanks.

After a missed lifting day yesturday due to storms and power outage, I came back extra motivated today for shoulders and traps.
- DB Shoulder press (superset with), Upright rows: 4 x 10 (I’m pretty happy with getting 8 reps with 60’s today on the DB press)
- Lat Raises (superset with), Incline lat raises for rear delts: 3 x 10
- Revearse Pec deck: 3 x 10
- Power shrugs (245 lbs.): 4 x 10
- Behind the back shrugs (225 lbs.): 4 x 10
Tomorrow is leg day!

Just wondering if anyone could give me advice on what I should work on and how to put on some mass. It’s pretty hard for me to gain weight. Should I keep eating health and a lot of it, or should I cheat a little bit with some foods to gain some extra calories? Thanks

I work out early in the morning before work. Unfortuantely we had huge thunderstorms and I was up for an hour in a half during the night. I slept through my alarm. I’m pretty upset. I hate missing a lift day. Looks like I’ll just lift Thursday and Friday morning.
