Good Afternoon
Well it’s Day 1 of the "New Plan"…I guess it really isn’t a new plan since i have tried to do it before and never stuck with it. My main problem is i can never get it in my head that hours and hours of running/cardio doesn’t make you lose fat. When really all i need to do is look in the mirror to see it’s true. I think that i need to do cardio everyday and when i don’t i feel like something is missing. I guess because it’s what i have always done. Isn’t that what they say the definition of insanity is…doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result.
Another problem i have is i never know if i’m doing enough when i lift. Enough set/reps..am i combining the right exercises. Like today was leg day..look and see what you think

I did my lunges with a stability ball today to baby my knee a bit…I had a little bit p ain on the top of my knee cap. Iced it last night and it feels better today but i took the day off from running just to be sure. I think i over did my runs last week.

Ok..i’ll post my meals for today..usually my second meal is either just like meal one or an egg white omlete w/ 6 egg whites but since i went shopping today i had a protein meal bar

Well i’m happy to say that i’m down to 133 this morning. I guess my boycott on the mints helped 
Today is my off day from running but i might lift later depending on what time i get back from shopping:)
I bought some nice running shirts for the warm weather thats coming at Target today. I’ll get another pair of running shoes in two weeks. I like to have two pair so i can rotate them.
I’m off to do my meals

Ok..i’m really ready for my period to be over so all this water weight will go away. It’s depressing seeing the scale say the same thing 135.5. I know what my problem is and it’s not my TOM..it’s the same thing it’s always been…candy. For those of you that have been here awhile you know i LOVE the Brach Cinnamon Star Brites..i can eat about 30 a day just sitting around reading and watching tv..but 3 pieces are 60 calories and 16 carbs and we all know how my body and carbs get along so for me as you know it’s all or nothing…so it’s nothing..no mints..i mean when i do out my ratio’s for the day i have not been very honest with myself. I log my meals but not my treats..i don’t add the coco..mints..suckers..things like that..so as of today it’s time to get real..so you will be seeing what i will be eating..the truth..good or bad..and i promise to be above 1300 calories
